High Pressure Fogging System

J&D Manufacturing’s 1000 psi High Pressure Fogging System is an effective way to reduce the temperature in your agricultural, horticultural or industrial/commercial building. Water is pumped through the high pressure lines and atomized into billions of tiny micron particles where it evaporates into the air for maximum cooling.

With a wide variety of high quality fitting and adaptors, J&D's High Pressure Fogging System can be custom designed with little to no structural modifications in your building. Our High Pressure Fogging Pump and Filter Kits keep your system running at top performance.

High Pressure Fogging System

High Pressure Fog Line Features:

1/2" stainless steel tubing with couplers and o-rings on each end
.02 or .03 GPM brass anti drip nozzles
Standard 20' lengths with 20, 13, 10, 7 or 5 nozzles evenly space along the line
Lines can be easily connected and customized using our brass fittings

High Pressure Fogging Pump & Filter Kits Include:

1, 3 or 5 HP pump with regulator and high pressure gauge
Single or 3 phase motor
Complete filter kit with required:
    - Fixtures
    - Valves,
    - Adapters
    - Filter brackets
    - 3 stage filter housings
    - 1 full set of 3 pleated filters (2.5"x20" or 4.5"x20")
Galvanized shelf to mount motor and pump

How do I choose a pump and filter kit?

1. Choose your delivery system
    - 20' high pressure lines with 20, 13, 10, 7 or 5 anti drip nozzles evenly spaced along the line
    - Panel Fan Fog Rings with 12 anti drip nozzles per ring
    - Basket fan Cross Kits with 4 or 6 anti drip nozzles per kit

2. Choose an anti drip nozzle
    - 0.02 GPM
    - 0.03 GPM
    - 0.05 GPM (available by special order)

3. Calculate the total number of nozzles required and choose the pump system that will meet your required GPM
    - 0.02 GPM
    - 0.03 GPM
    - 0.05 GPM
